About
I am a UK and Europe-based psychotherapist working with clients internationally.
My work is grounded in psychotherapy, relational systems, and long-term emotional development, with a particular focus on enmeshment, Bowen's concept of differentiation of self, and Jung's process of individuation.
I have studied and worked within the psychotherapy field for over 20 years and have held an international private practice for more than a decade.
I originally trained at The Metanoia Institute in London, followed by postgraduate training in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy.
Weekly mentorship with a Senior Jungian Analyst over the past nine years has been foundational to my own process of individuation - ultimately, a return to ordinary life.
Through this experience, new ways of seeing emerged, both in life and in psychotherapy.
Over the past two decades, my work has been shaped through ongoing learning with academic teachers, authors, mentors working at the borders, supervisors, and clinicians whose thinking and lineage continue to inform my practice.
The integration of these relationships, together with my work with clients and my own life experience, has led to deeply valued and privileged insights, which formed this present offering.
I am also the founder of the first practice in the UK and Europe dedicated specifically to enmeshment work.
